Neural Landscapes is an augmented reality art project by Ana Catarina Pereira, in collaboration with Filipe Rocha da Silva, that explores the intersection of human cognition, AI, and environmental perception, merging organic and artificial intelligence in real time. Blending neuroscience, machine learning, and generative art, the project uses style transfer, eye tracking, and procedural geometry to create a dynamic, gaze-responsive digital experience. It explores themes of machine sovereignty, identity, and digital mortality, positioning AI as both a tool and an autonomous interpreter in a constantly evolving computational landscape.
